Yes! All components, including lids and straws, are 100% BPA-free and safe for daily use.
For the straw, a straw brush is provided with your Rukai tumbler to ensure ease of cleaning hard-to-reach areas within the straw. The silicone attachment to the straw can also be removed and cleaned separately. For the stainless steel tumbler itself, handwashing with warm soapy water is recommended for daily use. Usage of products like steel wool is discouraged to preserve the exterior of the tumbler.
No - the interior of your Rukai tumbler is purely FDA graded stainless steel. We take our customers' safety very seriously, and have gone through strict inspections such as SGS certification testings to ensure that your drinking experience is pure and free from contaminants.
No. Never microwave your tumbler. Freezing is highly discourages as well as it can weaken the insulation of your tumbler. However, hot drinks or iced drinks can be poured into the tumbler safely.
Our Rukai tumblers are powder-coated for durability, but like all products, there is a possibility of wear and tear with rough handling.
Nope! The vacuum insulation technology prevents condensation and heat transfer, so your tumbler stays dry and comfortable to hold.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unused, in it's original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
Once we receive your item, and check that it meets our returns criteria, a refund will be initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Shipping
All local orders will be processed within the next business day. You should be receiving your orders within 2-3 business days upon placing your order. As for international orders, you will be receiving your orders within 7-10 business days depending on the zone where your shipping destination lies in!
